Resson Aerospace is applying advanced image processing and machine vision technologies to crop agriculture. We have two broad areas of capability: - Helping large scale buyers of crops to understand the state of their crops, using remote sensing data, so that they can plan for harvest and production. The 2021 growing season was particularly interesting as we helped customers to respond to the heatwave in Pacific Northwest North America which had a significant impact on crops there. We are also applying these capabilities to monitoring of sustainable farming practices. - Developing technology for the detection of pests and disease using a sophisticated camera mounted on a moving farm vehicle. We have successfully demonstrated this technology and are looking for partners to help develop a full solution around it.
